Delivery terms and conditions
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you can submit a return request within 14 days of your item being shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and sealed in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if the item is faulty, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can review and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Returning our items is possible under strict conditions. All items must be undamaged, not described, and in the original packaging (so the cellophane or seal/seal may not be included in the original packaging that has not been opened). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your respective item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unannounced accept returns.
